Could the necrosis be possibly avoided by incorporating vascular and dermis iPSC's? Depending on how deep the gauntlet is put in an arm, I guess it could be feasible to stop/turn around the flow of blood at the implant level by laying down a new set of skin layers and veins that are set up to exact specifications.
