  • I second noopept, it is known to trigger neurogenesis and I've had luck with it helping me work on my ADHD with lasting effects. I don't recommend taking it daily for a long period, but as you process some part of cognitive therapy, it can give a genuine boost to help the change take root. I've felt bad side effects though…
