  • Norvaline orally gave me the shits. Its inhibits arg breakdown and acts as a vasodilator in the periphery. Unfortunately it reacts badly with a lot of peoples guts. Intramuscular delivery avoids this problem however. Ornithine - did nothing for me orally, but a trusted colleague claims good results on recovery rates from…
  • If there are no fat loss barriers then my previous post is not relevant in this thread. My apologies for not keeping track of this project's status. The program I spelt out is fine and has never caused those I have worked with, nor I any dehydration issues. There is a lot of misunderstanding about the impact of low dose…
  • @saal - yes. The cardio is done whilst on dnp although dnp is not taken just before cardio per se. The caffeine has a slight effect with lipolysis and furthers the effectiveness of the dnp. I'm not saying it is easy but it does bring down body fat quickly, which I am assuming was the barrier to continuing with the…
  • If reducing bodyfat is your goal, a good strategy I use for rapid reductions in bodyfat is: Dietary energy restriction, maintaining protein intake >200g.d-1, getting essential fatty acids c50g.d-1 and have c200g carbs one day per week. Multi vit & min supplement taken with food. Lots of fluids Fibre as necessary to stave…
  • I think that there are a variety of information sources. I was actually thinking of the sharing of more general resources of general surgical procedures, texts on anatomy/physiology, etc, although I completely agree with the need for specific resources too. The specific grinder resources would take longer as they would…
  • RNA interference was last autumn, Self inoculation was over a year back, and the autoimmune induction was jan this year, although I suspect that it has been going on for a few years. As for who, they are all bodybuilders bar one who is a pro in combat sports. J
  • "As in, actual practical discussions of gene alteration? In my lifetime? Holy crap!..." I know of people who have done silencing work on themselves, and one chap who has self inoculated. There are others who have created autoimmune responses against targets. 'Tis a brave new world, J
  • What about medical grade silicone? You can buy it and easily mould it as required to any shape. If you take reasonable steps to keep the moulding process hygienic, you can then sterilise the final encapsulated device with povidone iodine. J
  • @Ian - Thanks. 1 I released that my client side CSS was blocking some of the formatting. I have sorted that now. 2 I tried the new IRC, but I couldn't see any conversations there. What is Grindhouse? 3 Cheers. Althought the magnet implants is a fascinating areas, wetwork is more my thing. 4 I have created a new thread on…
  • @Jackthetripper : I was thinking more of a library of general resources rather than specific recommendations. Part of the terms of service of the site should be that resources are provided without advocacy despite any implications of such, and purely for academic discourse, and a note that information is provided on a…
  • Sorry for going slightly off topic from the original thread but a few questions: 1 Is there a way to sort posts by most recent? It seems as if all the posts are listed in order that they were started. 2 Does most of the discussion go on via IRC? I couldn't find the group when I checked the other day. 3 Magnetic implants…

  • Hello chaps. I don't know if there are many people around here at the moment, but I am more into the biology/pharmacology side of things than the electro/mechanical side of things, although I do have an avid interest in the use of exogenous electric signals on human tissues. Looking forward to being a part of this…
