Do you guys intend on doing additional designs?
-
2 questions 1. Are these still open for purchase 2. If yes, I already have a Haworth magnet. Would it be worth it to try and get a sample of these to implant instead?
-
So did the community just give up on the titanium or is this a better coating?
-
@Fealix From where with what coating
-
Yo heck has anyone bought from there?! That's great
-
@Damo I love this idea, I'm just not clever enough to be tech-savvy with circuit boards and such. It's not what your looking for exactly but it's in the same alley. There's a chip that records your temperature available at Cyberise.me and it looks like he intends to expand his biomed.me line (which would be fantastic) I'll…
-
@Birdhandz could you provide a picture?
-
@RussFoxx Who's magnet
-
Should I take the risk and buy something cheap with what's left on a visa gift card and see if it comes in?
-
If the unclaimed 10 don't show up I would be happy to buy one of them
-
Honestly, and I hope that I'm wrong, I don't think anybody really knows. I've been floating around here for probably 16-24 months and I can't remember them ever being available and I've been told that they're coming back but I'm not confident they'll ever be back. I've been wanting to implant for a long time and recently I…

Also, 92% iso seems to be a awkward %. I can find 99 and 91. Is bigger better? Similarly with chlorhexidine, 2% I could get for a much better price. would there be any measurable difference between 92/4 and 99/2? Or should I just follow the rules?
-
@Zerbula 92% iso and 4% chlorhexidine cut in what proportions? 1:1?
-
@ThermalWinter https://goo.gl/KsnSJq
-
did anybody ever buy this to see if its legit?
-
Did @cassox ever get around to retrying the experiment? If so, has it been successfully reproduced?
-
@ZerbulaI couldn't seem to find any mathmatical formulas or anything similar, however I'm bad at math. Like.... really bad at math. So I don't know if I was even looking in the correct places. Also I thought that the consensus on Sugru was "This is possibly one of the worst ideas we've ever had" and that hot glue would…

I called the manufacturer and they told me that it was gold with a base layer of nickel.
-
@Benbeezy You said that the coating were super hard to do, but it seemed like a rather straightforward process, am I missing something? You also said at the beginning that the coating was experimental but you didn't actually say if it worked or not.
-
@misslitty I saw a few references to people trying pure titanium, but not much detail? How did it go? compared to nitride
-
@Benbeezy @BirdMachine I was thonking that would it not be possible to be able have a slip and possibly sever a nerve in the finger or something along those lines?
