  • ightden, you're on a site full of biomedical experimentation and refer to a right way etc, stfu, an stop needlessly insulting me over a suggestion. Cassox, it's generally a light opiate sort feel, very good pain relief, but, simultaneously it has stimulating properties. People will use it for anything to get over various…
  • darpa brags about robots the intended use of which is recon, IE watching people to hunt them down...
  • I'm not talking about it like that, darpa does some questionable things. Their motives are vague, their's and MIT's ties to the navy are well known, they contributed to development, attack, and defense of the TOR network through it's history.. their position is ambiguous at best... just because I'm not a fan of a program…
  • Who told you I was cutting myself open? And the right way? mmm... that's just hilarious in this context..
  • also I've already done it many times, both yielding freebase and hydrochloride salt. the freebase wastes less when excluding a salting out and recrystallization step, which is unnecessary for oral administration anyways
  • extraction is cheaper than dirt... I get it bulk online, and quality isn't so much a factor with a simple straight-to-base approach, a defat isn't that necessary for this application, at least you're still consuming much less unnecessary plant material, and it's certainly cleaner than this tar people sell as kratom…
  • Thanks for the input. I think I'll make myself go to a couple of classes, take up a couple of what used to be my favorite hobbies, I think maybe just being in a new setting(I moved) I never really go back to what I loved. I think if I just get started, it will start to flow.
  • DARPA? ...I would be wary of unexpectedly finding myself no longer a person, and something owned by the navy
  • there are so many medical students in northern CO... if only I knew the right people... I probably do through other people and am not aware of it considering my circle's general...lack of conformity, far beyond that of the angsty college student, but it's a hard subject to just throw out and ask about...
  • Looking forward to your results BirdMachine....As far as dark lenses V10lator, I would think auto-darkening would be better if you were in real darkness, and there was a sudden, unexpected light...but idk how sensitive...As I said, very interested in BirdMachine's research..

  • Are there any auto-darkening lenses up to par for protection, or do they darken too slowly? I mean, it seems like an accident waiting to happen otherwise...

  • I don't think i was supposed to say that....i'm terrible at this
  • I sent some...don't have much, but something
  • Sounds a lot like the eyetap if you Google that, but I think it's an overcomplicated design, since the data is externally processed anyway, having a camera read the exact opposite surface being projected on in that way I think you could get a modern smartphone to compensate the offset easily and pointing it directly…
  • It sounds like you're describing a beam-splitter display btw
  • I thought it was assumed the glasses would be some type of display... Projection is fine, I thought you meant.... Idk it was dumb haha, but I just wish someone was making simple i/o prefabed glasses of the nature and selling them... Even if I had to learn to write driver software myself it'd be cheaper and more…
  • gah i mean zoom, i could keep track of zoom difference right? and a gps coord?
  • it's sort of both, i didn't mean project...i meant you just see it in the display, why not float...? it would look at least a little less crazy if I was touching my forearm or something instead of typing querty, standing up at a an imaginary mid-air keyboard. why not just track hand motion, if you assign the camera pov and…
  • I would rather have glasses that are just displays with input devices stealthily hidden away wherever is convenient, then have a phone app that sort of builds a database of the things you want catalogued or monitored in you field of view, sends notification from phone etc, for immediate input, couldn't you program a sort…
  • honestly...it's a good idea, but there's a lot of "smart glasses" being developed way cheaper with the same idea "let the phone be smart, the glasses are just I/O device"...and If I can come up with like a couple or three hundred for glasses that look like regular glasses...I just couldn't imagine drawing attention to…
  • To be honest, darkzero, I'm just a bit lacking in the self confidence department, but I'm improving that! I'm only 23, and I want both to live and to learn, for as long as technology will allow some form of my conscious mind and it's memories functioning. Right now I know very little compared to most in this community,…
  • thank you sir, sorry, I just blurted out something I happened to be familiar with without thinking, it was inappropriate, but if there's ever a coating that can be applied via electrodeposition, I will always be happy to help come up with new teks.(obviously electrodeposition isn't hard, but you know how people tend to…
  • will a hard-nickel process electroplating degrade in the body? I'm really new to all this, i just am very familiar with this and a couple of other electroplating procesess and have worked with them successfully(not inside people, just in utilitarian uses)
