An update: There is a fair bit of swelling. Nothing worrying, I don't think, though. Pain has reduced quite alot but it is still tender (obviously). I've been loathe to mess about too much with the area, so there's still dried blood around the wounds, particularly the exit point. I'll likely use some isopropyl alcohol here…
