would you be able to provide the apk you used?
-
Sorry I don't have any recommendations in Christchurch as I do implants myself, but I know there is a piercer in Wellington willing to do magnet implants. You can look on the wiiki implanter list for details.
-
If you are interested in youtubers making exoskeletons like hacksmith, I would highly recommend Douglas Scott. He has a tiny as channel but what he is making definitely seems to be a lot more proffesional.
-
@NLmax did it actually melt at that temperature or did it just soften to a point were it then collapsed under its own weight. because if that is the case then you might be able to come up with a design that would have more strength under those circumstances or come up with something to support it whilst in the autoclave.
-
Does it make a sound like it's trying to? Because if it is doing what I described earlier it will continue to try and close. So when you open the door it will be able to lock because there is nothing obstructing it
-
If that's the case it most likely means the hole for the sliding muck do hicky(very technical term) is not aligned.
-
When you close the door what do you mean by it acts ajar. Does it just make a sound like it is trying to close them beep?
-
yes armpit would definitely be one of the most secure locations. but it might be hard to get a read. maybe if you lower it down a bit so your arm still covers it most of the time(making it harder to be read when you don't want it to be) but is still easily accessible when you want.
-
But fear also stops you from doing some pretty stupid shit. I feel more would go wrong if we didn't have fear then if we did.

mmhhmm, this reminds me of a movie i saw about a girl with this disorder and she hated it. Every time she fell over or bumped herself etc she would have to go to the doctors and get herself checked out as she had no way of gauging the damage on her body... But then again who doesn't hate pain? really have to weigh the pros…
-
I imagine it will just be paywave in a ring/implant so there is already plenty of "terminals".
-
Christchurch your self?
-
I order mine from dangerous things and it got through nz customs fine.
-
"Implant something on top of the skin" is kinda contradicting. What do you mean?
-
NFC is RFID? just a certain frequency range? and he never said anything about it being andriod/apple pay thats why i said you cant use it ALMOST anywere.
-
almost* anywhere, as i learnt from my favorite and most informative youtube channel buzzfeed.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTBJ6OIGkzc
-
I just got my NFC implant done so i can open my door at home with it. my thinking is that no one is going to go to the trouble of trying to clone it when they could just break a window.
-
I did as @aviin said and tried messaging it in a bit and just carried on like usual. it has healed up well and is reading nicely. thanks
-
Ya I'll take my chances because I don't have any easy way to resterize.
-
It is only ~3mm from the close side of the entry if that makes sense. It's been 40 mins and it hasn't really moved at all
-
from what i have heard, putting multiple magnets in the same finger doesn't really do anything because they affect the same nerve. saying that you could try alternating the side of the finger they are located as you go down as you have the 1 main nerve on each side.
-
Oh well I spose your right. I didn't even think about that because so many people still use them.
-
I would also like to say that i'm incapable of making this sort of thing with my severe lack of knowledge in the area, but am more then willing to be a test rat for this or any other implant.
-
We'll I know it's a old thread but am intrested in what come from this and would be intrested Trailing the some
-
