I just want to say congrats @chironex! This has been a while in the making! Super happy for you man!!!!

Have you checked out DT's forum? I honestly love the web app part. I'd reach out to @tekniklr and @cyberlass (there might be another forum admin but I don't remember! ) it would be awesome to maybe create a companion app for the forum that optimizes…

Dangerous Things has a kit, the PMK. Its a bit pricy to buy for every install, but it's got everything you need. I'd strongly encourage you to review local laws and regulations as well as the proper procedure for lido injection. An alternate option …

So I was thinking about this. It would be great to be able to print around the magnet. There's potential in acoustic levitation, but it would require a lot of work. There's also the possibility of printing in super viscous resin that holds the magne…

* small glowing one or a pellucid, whatever works

Hey @Cassox save me one for when I come out for the PegLeg!
-
It's all good lol! I appreciate it!
-
Any updates on this?

I'd encourage you to post a new thread. This one should probably be locked. @tekniklr your call. It's just an old thread and necro-ing it just makes things confusing. Not a bad question, just helps keep things neat.

Ok, this is super cool! Please leave the post up in the Facebook group! Some people don't check there too often and I'd hate to have them miss out on hearing about this. I'd love to hear more about your current lab. What projects are you doing?
-
If you are to do this, you need to test your magnets. Check @Cassox procedures on his site. I used glacial acetic acid and Sodium Rhodizonate to test mine. That's the only reason I'm comfortable with my knockoff one. Also consider the strength of th…

My bad, not dorsal. I meant on the sides of the finger. I do get what you're saying though.

New site for shirts! We've mostly moved over to Teespring. Here's a link! https://teespring.com/stores/biohackmerch

What are your opinions on dorsal blocks for finger magnets? I injected 1ml dorsally at the second joint of the finger just under the skin. I found it worked much much better than previous digital blocks I've had.

This is something I haven't seen much here. Will you be doing genetic editing on the plants? If so either here or the genetic editing Facebook group are your best bets. I'm not sure about other botany forums other than reddit. But anyways, welcome!

So as far as spherical goes. I have not heard of any done so far. We had a hard enough time with discs, so spheres would be crazy to coat. We don't reccomend magnets on the palm side of the hand, except in the fingers. But I did have an idea I've wa…

Good point! @Satur9, I thought it was unlikely but you never know. What did you do in roc?

Where in NY? I am in Rochester, and there's a huge number of people in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm thinking you mean NYC though

Idk, I'm aware of the original context, but it wasn't only if nazis won, mostly to keep people/the economy calm during the London Bombings. Telling them to be "unflappable". And it really has been co-opted towards motivational quotes in m…

Probably, the new site ships to Europe!
-
Ok! I'll take that into consideration! I am trying to do merch for the forum specifically, but I don't see why not on some other ones
-
Yeah! I'm setting it up on a different website now, much more variety, anything you'd like to see?
-
Check out some of the videos on the John Hopkins prosthetic labs.
-
Lol, saw this on reddit
-
Sure! I can definitely put up some more in different colors. I'm not.sure on shipping though

Please get It removed. I'm honestly surprised that it hasn't become a very large very nasty problem yet

My first one is in a similar spot. Not as far as yours but close. Try doing an "ok" symbol. That could help with readability, and it's not too hard to do when it needs to be read
-
How about a "ladder" of NFC tags and a quick script that compiles them into readable data? I bet you could do 8 on the radial side of an arm, no problem.

ORGANSSSSSSSSSSS! =)
