@aviin thank you in advance for uploading the implantation video. This is an implant I'm kinda wanting to get. Not gonna find a piercer to do this for me...

What about a barrel plating system? That way the coating should be even, with no issues on the edges. That means ofcourse the barrel needs to be submerged in the solution and rotated. Not to familiar with the bio compatible plating solutions, but should be one that can be used like this?

Yep, MSDS is your friend, always check them out before messing around with them. You'd be surprised how much you can learn from reading them. Apparently the MSDS for salt water requires medical attention if exposed. And hydrogen peroxide requires a full self contained hazmat suit. Its a strange world.

Same with zinc phosphate, we use a cleaner, then an activator, then dip n shake in zinc phosphate with another dip in sealer.

@cassox firefly, wanna glow in the dark eh?

Stay away from chromium. That stuff is no good for you. As for phosphate conversion, doesn't ring a bell, but phosphate electro plating is happening everywhere. I'm familiar with zinc phosphate, basically just heat, chemicals and shaking.

My experience is that the more religious a person is, the more negative the reaction towards an implant.

Bought both the rewriteable RFID and the reader/writer. Sadly did not work on my work badge. It did however work on my old work badge, but when attempting to use at work my "transactions" were not found. I believe this to be because we changed to newer HID cards. If anyone is interested in buying it from me, let me know. I…

When I first got the "want" to put a magnet in me, my wife was at first concerned. We talked about it, I explained this is something I would like to try. I had found a implanted who could do it for me. My wife actually Google's him, researched him and gave her approval. She went with me to get my first magnet implanted.…

I got a parylene magnet. So far, so good. Anything I should expect if coating fails?
-
@Monsterchizzitz. Try Mr. Pineapple in Austin. It's a few hrs ride from Houston, but well worth it. He did my magnet and I'm really pleased with the result. He sat me down, explained the process and the magnets. He did the procedure in like a minute. Had no issues after implant. Healed beautifully. He may not want to use a…

@chironexIf you need some help breaking down your magnets, I got access to a bunch of nice chemicals. Sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric, sodium hydroxide to name a few.

Already found my answer, but site does not let me edit previous post. Will be buying this shortly @AlexSmith

I use a HID badge at my job, and this is perfect! I'm planning on putting it in my eight hand, between thumb and finger. It's my dominant hand though. My left hand has a cylinder magnet in that spot. My wife promised me she will implant the chip for me, told me she wouldn't hurt me alot, just much... However, I want to…
