  • So, just another question. You inserted the needle from the side at an angle. Any particular benefit to that? Was that just the approach you took randomly or does that decrease the chance of missing an artery/bone?
  • Thanks, that video was very informative with your description. I just don't like that your finger its just floating around(kinda) i'd like to find some slight restraining method, to keep it very still. Just because I don't know if I trust myself to not flinch, and to keep it steady so I could aim properly. Also, I was…
  • Make sure to get maybe 5, if you only want 1 implant. For redundancy and safety.
  • Ya, favicon. I was wondering what it was called. The bayimg link should work.
  • http://bayimg.com/dadKgaAem This seemed like the right place for this: Random nitpick, the site is missing an "icon", the little icon that goes in next to the title of the page in a tab. I talked to Kalen(site admin) and he said it would be easy to put up an icon. He just needs a 64 x 64 icon. So I went about resizing the…
  • No need to feel sorry about the new thread. I'm not an expert on this at all, so I'm not sure if I can answer your first question. Hopefully someone shows up here soon to help you with that. • Oh, okay, not too familiar with IRC but figured the link might be of some help to someone like me.
  • They changed the server address.(not sure of the exact term for the first part of an address) http://webchat.freenode.net/
  • Ya, I meant stretching as in stretching your earlobes like a lot of kids do these days. I feel like it would be a good place for me to start working with small electronics that must be fairly bio safe. "crack open a 3$ bluetooth headset and build a new case for it" That is exactly what I was thinking. But with that I could…
  • So, i'm still interested in a shielding device, i'd be working with large subwoofers instead of computers. These subwoofers have huge neodymium magnets(up to 400 oz) but most will be around 60. I'm worried that they pinch the hell out of my skin. Would a permalloy layer on a glove be good enough? Where could i get it?
