  • Awesome. I think the adhesives seem a bit easier than the Silicone. Sites keep them behind walls of salespeople. I'm really intent on casting/encapsulating something, and will need it. I'm going to check out atom. If i can't cast in silicone, i am considering usp vi tubing, with the component inside, filled/sealed with…
  • Hey Mog, Why aren't you using longer or mixed ethers? Could save a bunch of pins... and how are you getting test prop through an insulin needle? @Aeternaeon If you want to get in without aftercare and no needles, can try looking into Anavar (is a pill, no shots). Is considered excellent for things like going longer, less…
  • Yeah, that thread got me all kinds of excited. I was looking to make something else/similar and that provided a way better suggestion. I'm trying to get my head around recreating it, but don't know the fist thing about sourcing silicone (or another useful encapsultion/potting). I want to check out Nusil, but it's not a…
  • I know this is an old thread, do we have a final "this is how it went"? I'm trying to source some USP Vi clear tube, and epoxy... But if the silicone worked that would be amazing! The idea of getting it in with a 6gauge instead of scalple is also awesome. Of course @AlexSmith, if you come across a prototype under under…
  • Like Jack, and Ansamech, i'm trying to figure out an accessible coating or encapsulation... and digging through old threads... i'm trying to get something i could put an rfid-powered light under the skin. (hypothetically). they are small, less than a fingernail's terrain and just an mm or two thick. I'm not equipped to…
  • Jesus fire-breathing lizards, do we know if there are any graphics or plans or designs for these?
  • I was looking into borosilicate becuase of it's toughness, and the leds found are super teeny... if i can make a pocket of glass, similar to the v2 dragonfly, i think it could be implanted with a Scalpel/Lift and still have it pretty shallow! The idea is the glass not to be a huge blob, but a managable one :D You have it…
  • @AlexSmith would you be against sharing where you get your items built? I don't want to tread on secrets, but am curious about getting some things built/tested.
  • LOL. poor finger! I know the properties of titanium, and in theory, there's no problems. But theory, often, learns a couple things after it's implemented. So i love the idea, but i don't know if i'd be the first! thanks!
  • I could be interested in a prototype. The smooth "smartie" shape looks great for implanting smoothly. I'd want a little info on how well the titatnium holds up to, say, constantly being vibrated against, or beaten, or handling human juices for a while. Probably willing to pay in the 30-50 range if we have happiness!
  • I had my V1 implanted this weekend. It was far less painful than i expected, and i'm so excited. At the moment i have no light; could have been deep, or could need healing. Some patience at hand, and if i have some luck with it, i'm so excited to get more.. maybe v2s, maybe v1s, but at least um. um. 3! :D
  • If there are any waiting lists, i'd love to be added.
