  • I’ve only seen NFC chips with capacities of up to 1Kb. Also RFID is a different technology altogether, and the only thing they do is transmit a code they were given upon manufacturing. They’re useful as keys and whatnot, not for data.

  • But here’s an unlikely but possible scenario. You actually remove an illegal or unwanted implant that was implanted against your will. Would you be within your right to destroy it, or would you be legally obligated to return it to the owner in one piece?

  • I strongly suggest you talk it over with your parents or a doctor. Personally I wouldn’t cut open anyone under 18 to implant something. Too many liabilities there in my opinion. Make sure the person doing the body mod has all sterile equipment and has a good reputation.
