  • I've been thinking about putting the unlocked module I made,( A relay switch in place of the unlock button on a spare key fob using the dangerous things RFID controller), into the door compartment, between the window and outer part of the door. Would there be any issues with rain seeping into there?
  • I made an RFID unlocker by taking apart a spare key fob and wiring the Dangerous things controller through the unlock switch. I hid the body of the build under the dash and the only thing you can see from the outside is the cylindrical antenna velcroed where the dash touches the front window. It was super easy to do.
  • I made an RFID door unlocker for my car but haven't figured out the ignition yet. An info post on the ignition side would be great @dezie_mm.
  • I found this recently. http://www.mdpi.com/2072-666X/6/3/396/pdf Could this be used to power an implant transdermally?
  • This one from dangerous things is supposedly rewritable: https://dangerousthings.com/shop/xemi-em4200-2x12mm-injection-kit/ I read about about its ability to be rewritten in a post by Amal on here a while ago, but haven't heard any updates. Can anyone verify?
  • Northern Georgian here
  • My first thought was how safe titrium was. It would seem it is safe to be around, but not injested. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tritium_illumination#SafetySo it's probably safe as long as you don't rupture the case the tritium is in.I wouldn't recommend it for a long term implant though.
  • I filled in more of the magnet implantation procedure. I left the pain managemnet area blank for now because everyone is defferent and was wondering if there was a "standard" procedure.
  • Yes. I was looking at coating a magnet in sugru before implantation. I then read all the horror stories of it disintegrating in your body and then the magnet rusting and having to get it removed. Sugru is no good.
  • Would those kinds of magentic fields be detrimental to your skin?
  • What about wireless charging. You could have the device fully impanted thus dodging the transdermal infections. My idea would be a rechargeable bracelet you could wear over night to charge the implant. A friend of mine has a smart watch that charges this way. He says it takes about 6 hours to charge completely. Your device…
