Just saw that there was some need for electrodes for this project and thought I would let everyone know that there is a Russian company that will sell medical grade pacemaker electrodes to anyone the part numbers for them are BIP-01-IMZ and BIP-02-IMZ theres plenty of places to get them from about the google. Found them a couple months when looking in to electrodes for a different project
pacemaker electrodes are typically made to stimulate a rather big heart muscle. What we need here is a smaller electrode that only stimulates a tiny area of skin tissue (one electrode pair), or even better an array (like 8 or 16 contacts) to stimulate a small nerve bundle.
