rejection symptoms?

so i have been looking through this site for days now and i can't seem to find even a single discussion about what rejection looks/feels like.
would some of my fellow biohackers please reply describing symptoms both minor and major that i would see if my magnet were beginning to reject, also what would normal non-rejection immune system reactions look like i.e swelling/redness???

basically how do i tell if magnet is healing properly?
