Linear induction generator for subdermal circuits?

Here is one for the electronics gurus. Think it may be possible to make a linear induction generator, like a Faraday flashlight, small enough to implant and still be large enough to trickle charge a battery or capacitor for low powered electronics? I'm thinking like this subdermal wristwatch of @S0lll0s .  Something implanted perpendicular to the arm's length so that most movements of the forearm, especially walking, would generate motion.  Thoughts?
