Fluorescent Subdermals

Is there a company that sells fluorescent subdermal beads or disks? I haven't been able to find anything online, so I was contemplating making my own. I have found supposedly nontoxic powder, LIT by Stuart Semple, that could be mixed with some PMMA resin to form the implant. A few extra layers would probably prevent any powder from leaking. Any better powders, resins, or steps I can take to keep the implant as safe and effective as possible?
