Hey @tekniklr

I know someone who is trying to make an account and the confirmation email is never being sent. Its been a month, they've tried two separate emails, and they checked all their spam/promotions folders. Does Vanilla need an update or something? If there's anything you can do that would be much appreciated.

    I've been approving accounts on the regular, so it seems others are getting through. And, Vanilla emailed me about THIS VERY POST!

    So, I don't think there is a problem with vanilla.

    A few weeks ago someone changed a setting behind the scenes that broke outgoing emails, but that was fixed as soon as the rest of us noticed it. But there are no pending accounts in the queue.

    Can you DM me your friends email and I'll check to see if they have been approved?
