Magnet implant in the Detroit MI area?

I've tried to find a place that would implant a magnet, but I haven't had any luck. Are there any recommended shops, or has anyone found a place to get the implant done?
In addition, would it be better to get the cyberise sense52 magnet or the haworth magnet?
