I do like how they quote tdcs as "don't try this at home" and that the lowest commercal unit being 150. Rather than, it's pretty damn well safe and 25. But i digress. Cool either way.

I think when they hear tdcs they think physical brain interface implants. I would advise against jamming wires in your grey matter as well.
