I came across this article the other day and thought it was very interesting. Increasing the range of human vision has always been a dream of mine. Seeing deeper shades of red is a good step towards more interesting developments in the future. Maybe ultraviolet or infra-red.

I'm guessing this is still purely high level lab work right now - still a ways off for bio hackers but I'll be following it closely.

   I don't know whether it's possible to delete a thread or not.  If there is, it's probably available only to forum administrators.  I will check into this.
