is anyone able to make this plasmid?
so i made this plasmid on snapgene its a insertion plasmid in guppies it inserts a goldfish gene that encodes for better eyesight. Because the majority of fancy guppies are if you will "legally blind" lol, and for some god awful reason bad eyesight is a dominant trait so i said why not take it into my own hands and design a plasmid but i kinda need it made now.
