Freeze branding human skin?
Ok, I'm not entirely sure what this qualifies as so I'll just put it here.
I was watching a video on freeze branding and a part piqued my interest.
At about 0:48 it is said that freeze branding works on human skin.

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Also I have concerns that something along these lines could be very detrimental to one's scalp and hair,
but as with anything there would be risks.
Could it possibly cause brain damage as well?
(I'm uncertain of the Insulating properties of skin and bone.)
