The anti-hangover combo NAC+vitC+vitB1
There's a Finnish company now that produces the classic combination for combating hangovers. They of course sell it to defend against the damage that acetaldehyde, but a lot of biohackers (like the Bulletproof movement https://www.bulletproofexec.com/alcohol-without-the-hangover-bulletproof-partying-business-networking/) take it to ward of hangovers. They seem to deliver worldwide:

I have been using it. I myself are not so prone to hangovers (I have a gene for fast alcohol metabolism for instance) so I mainly take it to mitigate the damage caused by alcohol consumption, but my wife and a couple of my friends swear by the anti-hangover effect. They are pretty prone to getting a hangover and with a pill per drink they say they can't even tell if they have been partying the night before.

Looks interesting, although the online store doesn't seem to work at all - just a blank page with the mission statement. You found anywhere else to get it?
