Underskin wifi detector
This morning, under my shower, I got an idea.
When I was younger (circa 2003/2004) my father had a wireless detector looking like this:
It's quite simple, and have only 3 LED's (obviuosly red is for no wifi, yellow is for low signal and green is for good). I've never openned it to see how big it's the mainboard, but the detector is something like 3/4 cm long. It works with 2 small batterie (maybe LR1154).
My idea is to implant it to have le LED showing the wifi strength. I have 3 questions:
- Is it possible to have a switch under skin, or should I bypass it to have the wifi detector always on?
- What kind of coating should I use?

- What kind of batterie should I use? I was thinking of a small Li-Po batterie like this one (this is just an example of batterie):
with an induction charger.
While browsing on internet i've found this:

This look smaller than the first one, but it gave me another question:
Is the skin thin enough to allow the antenna to work?

Wifi should be able to pass through several layers of skin fairly easily.

I've bought from internet a wifi detector pen and another generic wifi detector, and i'll disasemble them to see how big the stuff inside are. I'm still in search of a battery pack and a small induction charger.
