Anyone in Bay Area Want to Earn Extra Cash to Teach Me PCR Lab Protocol?
I recently moved to Oakland and I'm looking for someone to teach me PCR lab protocol. I have one of the first-generation balsa wood OpenPCR units and what I think are the consumables required to run a gel. Basically, I studied DNA Computing in college a little over a decade ago. At the time, PCR's were still prohibitively expensive for home use, so the only experience I got was through studying/theory and I never actually did anything practical.
